Lucky me has hurt my back. Somehow I have hurt my sacroiliac joint, connecting my pelvis and back. It's been debilitating- I've barely been able to walk, let alone stand unaided. It's finally starting to get under control thanks to a compression belt and lots of physio, but I am so exhausted from dealing with all the pain and being an invalid.
I got my period on Monday. So it's over properly. One day at a time.
I am so sorry that you're in so much pain! Hopefully the physio and the belt help!
ReplyDeleteugh back pain of any kind sucks Bec and i'm so sorry you're suffering, glad to hear that you're getting a little bit of relief now though.

Manage the pain by therapy. Look for treatment options.
ReplyDeleteYou need to alleviate the pain as soon as possible in order not to cause severe debilitation. You also need to consult your doctor about it. For now, you can take pain reliever like nurofen to alleviate pain.
ReplyDeleteI am sure you're feeling better now. In case of recurrence, you can always visit a chiropractor who can certainly help you relieve pains. Visiting a chiropractor helped me alleviate the pain brought by a pinched nerve.
