DH is suffering from depression at the moment too, it's hard to witness, mainly because I know what he is going through and I can't do anything for him other than be supportive. Depression is such an isolating illness but that is the worst thing you can do, isolate yourself from people. So please reach out to me anytime you need someone to just listen. xo B
